Manufacturing and purpose

Round-section welded tubes, submerged arc welded, designed to operate at increased temperatures, made of non-alloy and alloy steel. Welded with a spiral (SAWH) and longitudinal (SAWL) seam. Made of hot-rolled or normalized sheet or strip with cold forming, SAW welding and normalizing or without further heat treatment, forming with normalization, SAW welding without further heat treatment.

Research and requirements
The pipes are tested according to the requirements of the relevant standards. The following tests are carried out: melt analysis, tensile test of the base material at room temperature, weld tensile test at room temperature for D> = 508 mm, weld bend test, hydrostatic leakage test, dimensional control, material identification for 16Mo3 and tests in the scope of the category TC2 - non-destructive testing (NDT) of the basic material for delamination, pipe ends for delamination, sheet edges, strips for delamination.

Round-section welded, submerged arc welded pipes designed to operate at low temperatures, made of unalloyed steel welded with a spiral (SAWH) and longitudinal (SAWL) seam. Made of hot-rolled or normalized sheet or strip with cold forming, SAW welding and normalizing or without further heat treatment, forming with normalization, SAW welding without further heat treatment.
