Steel pipes with a seam

PRECISION STEEL TUBES. COLD DRAWN SEAM TUBES (STANDARD PN-EN 10305-2)

Manufacturing and purpose
Welded pipes made in the cold drawing process are especially used in the automotive industry and machine and device construction due to their high accuracy. Manufactured as electrowelded before drawing, cold drawn or by other appropriate processes.

Steel grades used
quality unalloyed steels: E155, E195, E235, E275, E355

Dimensions
Outside diameter: 10.0 to 125.0 mm
Wall thickness from 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm
Length: 4 - 7 m

Research and requirements
The pipes are tested according to the requirements of the relevant standards. The following tests are carried out: chemical analysis, tensile test, dimensional check, visual check.

PRECISION STEEL TUBES. COLD CALIBRATED SEAM PIPES (STANDARD PN-EN 10305-3)

Manufacturing and purpose
They are characterized by high accuracy of workmanship, surface quality, and guaranteed mechanical and technological properties, thanks to which they are used in the automotive and machine industry. made of steel strip by electric welding.
E155, E195, E235, E275 and E355 steel pipes should be delivered in the + CR1 or + A or + N delivery condition. E190, E220, E260, E320, E370 and E420 steel pipes should be delivered in the + CR2 delivery condition.
