Manufacturing and purpose
These tubes are hot-rolled and cold-drawn. Production method - TR 1 shaping or normalized or normalized TR 3 normalized. They are used in almost all industries. Due to the variety of species and dimensions, they are also universally applicable.

Steel grades used
P 195 TR 1, P 235 TR 1, P 265 TR 1, P 355 N

Dimensions
Outside diameter: 10.2 to 711 mm
Wall thickness up to 100 mm
Length from 4 to 7 m, or double length

Research and requirements
Straightness: <0.0015 pipe length (less than 3mm per meter of pipe).
Tightness: pipes should be subjected to a water test (7Mpa) or electromagnetic testing. Tests: tensile test - 1 pipe from batch 1 test, ring test - from one end of the pipe to be tested according to 1 with a wall thickness of 40mm, 1 test, leak test - all pipes, surface inspection - all pipes, dimensional control - all pipes, analysis control - after agreement.
