Seamless steel tubes

STEEL PIPES - BOILER - SEAMLESS FOR PRESSURE SERVICE. PIPES MADE OF NON-ALLOY AND ALLOY STEEL WITH SPECIFIC PROPERTIES AT INCREASED TEMPERATURE (STANDARD PN-EN10216-2)

Manufacturing and purpose
Boiler tubes for temperatures specified by grades, without specifying the amount of pressure, with the test class TC1 (testing without ultrasound) and TC2 (testing with ultrasound).
They are made of carbon and low-alloy steels resistant to loads at high temperatures and pressures. Used for devices such as boilers, heaters, exchangers.

Steel grades used
P 195 GH, P 235 GH, P 265 GH, 16 Mo 3, 13 CrMo 4-5, 10 CrMo 9-10

Dimensions
Outer diameter from 10.2 to 711 mm
Wall thickness up to 100 mm
Length 4 to 7 m or double length

Research and requirements
Straightness: <0.0015 pipe length (less than 3mm per meter of pipe).
Tightness: pipes should be subjected to a water test (7Mpa) or electromagnetic testing. Tests: melt analysis, tensile test at room temperature, flattening test for D <600mm and ratio D <= 0.15 but T <= 40mm or ring breaking test for D> 150mm and T <= 40mm, mandrel expansion test for D <= 150mm and T <= 10mm or ring test for D <= 114.3mm and T <= 12.5mm, impact test at 20 ° C, leak test, dimensional control, visual inspection, NDT to detect longitudinal discontinuities, material identification for alloy steels
