Manufacturing and purpose
These pipes are used for the production and regeneration of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders as well as in the lines of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Made as seamless tubes by cold drawing. Delivered as delivered + N (normalized in a protective atmosphere).

Steel grades used
E215, E235, E355

Dimensions
Outside diameter: 6.0 to 80.0 mm
Wall thickness: 1 to 12.5 mm
Length: 3 - 6 m

Research and requirements
Tests: chemical analysis, tensile test, flattening test or expansion test, dimension checking, visual inspection, NDT to check for tightness.

Straightness: 1 mm / m (1: 1,000) - measured at the inner surface.
Tightness: pipes should be subjected to a water test (7Mpa) or electromagnetic testing.
