Longitudinal and Spiral Welded Steel Pipes

Pipes with longitudinal and spiral welds are produced through welding processes that ensure high durability and a uniform structure. Thanks to modern production technologies, we are able to deliver pipes with diverse parameters, tailored to the most demanding construction and installation projects.

Longitudinal Welded Steel Pipes

Pipes manufactured using longitudinal welding are characterized by high dimensional stability, making them ideal for load-bearing structures, steel components, and installations operating under constant load. Thanks to precise welding, we achieve a product with a uniform and strong joint.

Spiral Welded Steel Pipes

Spiral pipes are produced by winding steel sheet at a specific angle and welding it continuously. This technology allows the production of pipes with very large diameters while maintaining high rigidity and resistance to pressure and external loads.

Scope of Steel Pipe Production

Impostal offers a wide range of pipe parameters, enabling their use in various technological projects. Our production includes:

  • Diameter: from 88.9 mm to 2420 mm

  • Wall thickness: from 3.6 mm to 300 mm

  • Pipe length: from 6 m to 45 m

This dimensional range allows for flexible selection of pipes for diverse applications—from lightweight structures to demanding industrial installations.

Steel Grades – Available Materials

Our offer includes steel pipes made from high-quality steel grades, ensuring adequate strength, resistance to environmental conditions, and compliance with EN 10219 and EN 10217 standards. We offer pipes made from the following steel grades:

  • S235JRH

  • S275J0H, S275J2H

  • S355J0H, S355J2H, S355NLH

  • S420NLH

  • S460NH, S460NLH

  • P235GH, P265GH, P355GH
